Invoices & payment

How your clients pay

Why your client never needs an account, and what they see when they click the link.

The payment link

Every invoice you send carries a link unique to that invoice. Your client opens it and sees the invoice, a PDF download, and a pay button. No account, no password, no portal.

This is the single biggest thing that gets invoices paid faster. Asking a busy stranger in another country to create an account before they can pay a bill is where most invoices stall.

Is the link safe to share?

The link contains a 32-byte random token — not a guessable invoice number. It resolves to that one invoice and nothing else, and it shows only what a payer needs: the line items, the totals, and who issued it.

It cannot be used to see any of your other invoices, your client list, or anything about your account.

If a link is shared somewhere it shouldn't have been, ask us to rotate it. Resending the invoice issues a fresh link and the old one stops working.

What your client is charged

Exactly what the invoice says. If a platform fee ever applies to your account, it appears as a named line on the invoice, in the PDF, and on the payment screen before your client confirms — never as a surprise at the gateway.

Paid plans carry no payment fee at all.
